David Levesque

David Levesque, Principal Performance Factor, has been an  industry-leading sales trainer and market-developer for 20 years.  During that time he has trained professional  sales people in consultative selling skills, negotiations, selling strategically, presentation skills, and clinical and technical training all  over the world.   Additionally, he has  trained sales managers in effective coaching techniques.  David has also been acitive in developing new  markets through learning tools and experiences and utilizing marketing  automation tools and digital marketing methods.

He has served as a Vice President of Global Learning and Vice  President  of Marketing Development in a  high growth medical device company.

Cory Klatt

Cory Klatt, Principal of Performance Factor, is a successful entrepreneur, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer.  Cory brings over 15 years of experiencing applying Marketing, Information Technology, and business accumen to the creation of succesful companies.  Cory has the distinction of being the pioneer of the Web-2-Print market as well as a pioneer and key influencer in Marketing Automation Technology. His career began developing technology platforms that enabled sales and marketing organizations to incorporate 1:1 marketing into the delivery of marketing and sales materials. Seeing a gap in an organizations ability to leverage this technology he began working with them to develop the programs, data, and processes required to mazimize this technology. He has worked with companies such as AT&T, Pepsi, Chevron Texaco, UBS, and Hewlett-Packard. After over 10 years designing and selling technology solutions, he took on the role of CMO and CIO for a global medical device company building an automated lead generation program that leveraged the best practices built up over a career.
